All orders are final. As all items are customized, we do not offer refunds or returns, except and only in the case of our error. We send proofs, and once the proof is approved by you, no changes can be made. If something is wrong, we will do our best to accommodate, however we are not able to replace an item for free, unless it’s our error.
We will not sell your contact information to any third party. We partner with Stripe for credit card payments, both online and in store. All of our transactions are secured by Stripe with the latest measures.
